2010
MLJ Marine Oil & Gas Limited established
Founded in Port Harcourt; began supply of marine equipment and AGO to Nigerian Agip Oil Company.
2011–2015
Fleet & fabrication expansion
Delivered ramp barges, spud barges and coral barges under NAOC’s WOP and Transport departments; expanded into oil spill clean-up.
2016–2019
Pipeline integrity & metering
Ultrasonic thickness measurement, valve replacement, and transmission pipeline EPC works for NAOC.
2020–Present
Multi-client, multi-service operator
Ongoing flowline leak repair, fuel barge operations, and equipment procurement for NAOC, SPDC and Belemaoil.

Nigerian Content Commitment
MLJ has made significant commitments to meeting the guidelines of the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development (NOGICD) Act 2010.
