MLJ NAOC Emergency Flowline and Pipeline Leak repair/Sectional Replacement Project

The aim of this project is to ensure immediate intervention/repair of damage(s) to COMPANY’s pipeline and flowline facilities within the Swamp Operational Area to minimize production losses and lessen adverse effect of pollution on the environment.

The aim of this project is to ensure immediate intervention/repair of damage(s) to COMPANY’s pipeline and flowline facilities within the Swamp Operational Area to minimize production losses and lessen adverse effect of pollution on the environment.

The overall WORK Scope is service oriented and include mobilization and transportation of material and personnel to site, isolation of affected facility, repair/replacement of the damage section or point, testing of the repaired point (NDT) and pressure testing of the replaced section (where necessary). Any other activities deemed necessary for successful actualization of the task is considered inclusive. All activities involved in the realization of the project shall be carried out in accordance to NAOC specifications and applicable international standards.

Operational Zones

Swamp Operational Area is delineated into the following operational areas (OZ):

Operational Zone A: This zone encompasses 18” Obama – Brass Pipeline and 24” Ogoda – Brass Pipeline from Brass Terminal up to Okoroba covering approximately 35Km span.

Operational Zone B: This zone encompasses 18” Obama – Brass Pipeline from Tebidaba F/S to Lagosbene covering approximately 23Km span.

Operational Zone C: This zone covers 10” Clough Creek – Tebidaba Delivery Line, 14” Ogbainbiri – Tebidaba Pipeline and Osiama flowlines.
